The Plunger Seal Insertion Tool is used to pry the old plunger seal out of the pump head, as well as aligning the new plunger seal correctly into the pump head.

Replacement Plunger Assembly. The Plunger Assembly for the 1525 HPLC pump is a sapphire rod which requires careful handling. Any nicks or scratches on the plunger can cause early seal wear. Therefore, a damaged plunger should be replaced immediately. Plunger seal (205000202) should also be replaced when replacing plunger.
